Applicable scope and structural features
一、Engineering plastic diaphragm valve is used for corrosive medium transport and globe, flow regulation, according to different materials, the suitable temperature is -14 ℃ ~ 140 ℃.
二、Engineering plastic diaphragm valve wet parts are assembled by RPP or PVDF injection molding, with excellent corrosive resistance.
三、engineering plastic diaphragm valve sealing part diaphragm is made of F46 or PFA, folding frequency ≥ 12000 times, corrosive resistance are equal with F4.
四、engineering plastic diaphragm valve adopts screw lifting structure, and hoisting torque is large, stability is good.
Installation and usage
一、When both ends flanges connect with the pipes, we should tighten the bolts evenly to prevent the flange deformation that will lead to leakage.
二、Rotating the handle clockwise to close, otherwise open.
三、according to indicator position, we can judge the open degree
