Introductions
Fluorine lined compensator, fluorine lined four-way pipes, fluorine lined elbow, fluorined lined three-way, fluorine lined reducer pipe, fluorine lined straight pipe, fluorine lined sealing parts and other fluorine lined pipe fittings. Fluorine lined compensator is mainly used to compensate for dimension errors caused by thermal expansion and contraction and the damage caused by vibration of pump outlet connects with glass, graphite and other brittle materials equipments. Various types of lining pipes, elbow, three-way, four-way pipes are selected as the national standard seamless steel pipes, flanges according to user requirements can according to HG, GB, ANSI, JIS, DIN and other national standards, which can be forged or cast, determined by the contract. The material of lining layer commonly adopts polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), PO and so on. Test and inspection of the fluorine lined pipe fittings: the intensity pressure test of pipe fittings is carried out by 1.5 times of the nominal pressure pipeline, all of the lining layer surface are carried by electric spark dense test.
