Introduction
It is a equipment that used in corrosive pipelines to observe the flow status directly. It is mainly composed by the cast steel or cast iron frames and two acid-resistant glasses, both the inwall frame and sealing surface have the fluorine plastic lining layer, there are teo or three jump balls between the glasses that jump continuously under the flow impact. The fluorine plastic pipe glasses have good corrosive resistance, low cost, strong function, in addition to direct observation of the fluid color, bubbles and crystallization conditions, and also have an intuitive response of the fluid flow velocity and its change according by the jump ball jumping situation, to help guide operations.
